Commercial and industrial
Oregon is a preferred material for structural components and heavy timber applications, known for its use in pilings, railway ties, sawmill and warehouse construction, and other areas requiring structural integrity. It's highly resistant to chemical reactions, making it suitable for industrial components like vats, tanks, and conduits. Oregon's stability and workability also make it an excellent choice for formwork and scaffold planks.
Treatment
Offering H3 TRU-CORE (Azole) Clear Treatment, which protects against borers, termites, and decay with a 25-year guarantee. While this treatment is water-based, it's essential to use an oil-based product to protect the timber further. H3 treatment covers all above-ground applications.

Natural Oregon beams enhance the visual appeal of homes, whether used extensively in post and beam construction or in pergolas. Its high strength-to-weight ratio makes it suitable for concealed house framing, roof beams, rafters, and fascia.
